"I implemented The Days By Design Operating System™ and now we have detailed lists for applicants, new hires onboarding, new hire training, and off boarding when people leave. I don’t have to recall what “step” we are on with anyone, just click their name and I can see what has been done and what needs to be done.
My favorite thing is Notion that we use for our online company manual. If I died tomorrow, someone could keep things running. All the manuals and systems are there as well and super searchable so she helped me organize it, make it pretty, link files there.
Basically she took my brain, organized it, stored it in a pretty way, and gave it back to me so I can function easier as a business owner"
