The Process for Install

This phase lays the foundation for a successful engagement. After our Internal Team Onboarding & Kickoff, we’ll begin with a Leadership Kickoff call to align on goals, define priorities, and clarify roles. A Team Onboarding & Kickoff Call will be held to get the entire team on board with our project & priorities. Then a Toolbox & Tech Connect Call will happen to gather access to all tools, platforms, software & tech. We will then do workshop prep on our end, ensuring we hit the ground running with clarity and momentum for the audit workshops. This stage sets the foundation for a streamlined transformation.

This phase includes a series of in-depth Audit Workshops to assess your business across four key areas: Lifestyle by Design, Business by Design, Systems By Design & Productivity by Design. We’ll audit your schedule, digital tech stack, team structure, workflows, processes and more, then map out your current-state operations. Then we create a Clarity & Recommendations Report that includes an Implementation Plan and Timeline & Tech Stack Recommendations. We will do a Leadership Review to Approve All Recommendations and Plans for Implementation before Starting Implementation.

In this phase, we work to implement each core pillar of the Days by Design OS: Lifestyle, Business, Productivity, and Systems. This includes reorganizing your digital workspace, task management, operations manual, realigning meetings, streamlining sales, client & team processes and building out training programs and whatever else is included in your implementation plan. This is where the rubber meets the road and we fix problems.

We get to work! It's time to put the plan into action. We organize your tech, we clean up processes, we document everything. This is what we like to call the messy middle.

In the final phase, we’ll deliver Finalize All Deliverables, including your updated Operations Manual, final reports, and any recorded training videos to ensure long-term success. We’ll gather feedback through an Offboarding & Wrap-Up Survey and an optional Offboarding & Wrap Up Interview to capture insights and next steps. You'll also be invited to join our Referral Partner Program, allowing you to earn by sharing our work with others in your network. This stage ensures a clean handoff and continued value beyond our engagement.

How Much Time Do I Have to Dedicate Weekly?

This completely depends on the timeline option that you choose.

In general the first 2 phases of the engagement are more intense need for you and your team to be involved then the other two. This is typically 2-8 hours per week.

Once our team starts implementation, we will only need approximately 1-4 hours per week of you & your teams time (and sometimes none). This will fluctuate based on team size and scope of work.

Once you move into Maintenance phase - it is just 1 hour per week to keep the engine running.
